Overview

This fully-remote part-time position is a great fit for people who are passionate about the performing arts and who are confident speaking with other arts-lovers over the phone. This combination sales and fundraising campaign requires representatives to call Celebrity Series audience members to 1) ask for contributions in support of our Arts For All! community engagement program and, 2) invite them to subscribe to the new 2023-24 Season. All representatives will receive a full paid training on fundraising and sales, which will include instructions on using our web-based telephone dialing software. There are also regular coaching sessions and staff meetings via video conferencing. This is a supportive and fun work environment. This position is open to Massachusetts residents only.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the performing arts and arts education
• Sales and/or fundraising experience preferred, but not required
• Proficient with Google Workspace
• Strong computer skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated with strong verbal communication skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Committed to advancing anti-racist efforts within the organization

Compensation & duration

The pay is $15/hour + commissions and bonus opportunities. Benefits include very flexible day and evening hours and complimentary tickets. The new campaign begins in early to mid-April.
